Update February 2020: Tabitha was bred to Sure Shot Johnnie Walker on December 4, 2019 and is confirmed pregnant via ultrasound. The sire's pedigree can be viewed here. She is due early-mid September. Sire is an A2/A2 dehorned mini Jersey bull who measured 40" at 3 yrs of age.

Tabitha is a gorgeous A2/A2 heterozygous polled Jersey cow. She was born 05/28/2017. She is by Holterholm Lancelot-P out of Holterholm Blackjack Kandy-P. She is expected to finish as a mid-mini Jersey and is registered with the American Jersey Cattle Association.

Tabitha is extremely friendly, kind, halter broke, and easy to handle. She is gentle and will come to you when called. She is suitable for a first-time cow owner.

 

In 2018 she was bred for the first time via AI to Sure Shot Southern Comfort. Tabitha calved a healthy heifer, On a Whim Bambi, on 05/30/2019, completely unassisted and without issue. She is a wonderful mom.

 

The first time Tabitha was milked was by hand and she never offered to kick - she was so well-behaved! The subsequent times I have milked her were by machine and she was equally as well-mannered. She is just a gem!

She gets along well with others and respects my fences. She gets along well with dogs, horses, other cows, and goats.
